Wheelchair Rugby League European Championships 2015 at Medway Park

International wheelchair rugby league returns to Medway Park in September 2015.

England, France, Wales, Ireland and Scotland will battle it out to be crowned European Champions during four action-packed days of competition.

It follows Medway's success hosting the World Cup in 2013 and the Four Nations tournament in 2014, which both attracted big Wheelchair Rugby League action shot England v Francecrowds.

The action in September begins on the evening of Wednesday, 23 September with an exhibition match between England and World Cup winners France for the Kielty/Fassolette Trophy.

The European Championship matches will then take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the competition reaching its climax with the final on Saturday evening.

England Wheelchair Rugby League - First Camp 2018

Its the first wheelcahir rugby league England training camp
down at Medway Park and the first time the new players selected for the performance program have played together.
We travelled down on the Friday in the evening and booked into the village inn hotel just outside gillingham before catching the Medway vs Leeds game Satuday morning followed by a grueling training session.
Early start on the sunday meeting the team for breakfast before another tough day of Stength and conditioning training folow by a exciting no holds bar game of wheelchair rugby league

2017 Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup Highlights Bronze Medal Match - Australia vs Italy

Australia took on a tough Italian team in the last match of the Wheelaroos 2017 Rugby League World Cup campaign. Australia was able to keep on top of the Italy team, winning Bronze (58-45).

The Grand Final saw the home team France, beat England, to retain the World Championship.
