Icon Variant & Airframe Ghost Helmets

Overview of Icon Carbon Ghost Variant Helmet
Variant Ghost Carbon Helmet For assignments off the official record, we offer the Ghost Carbon Variant. Weve taken the standard Variants cross-terrain functionality and added a hand-laid carbon fiber shell, translucent supervents, and endurance yellow tinted Optics shield - all finished with our Rubatone tactile coating. We can neither confirm nor deny the specifics of any mission involving the Variant Ghost Carbon. Variant Helmet Its a matter of survival. In an unforgiving maze of gravelstrewn corners and malevolent steel, a rider needs protection, vision and comfort. The call to arms has been answered. Introducing the ICON Variant helmet. The wind tunnel-refined shell, executed in a Fiberglass/Dyneema/Carbon matrix, forms a solid first line of defense. Internally, a dual-density EPS core provides critical Energy Management which reduces transmitted impact forces. Of course safety is best maintained by avoiding the crash altogether. To this end, the Variant features a reshaped eyeport which provides enhanced peripheral vision. The Variants unique visor system also contributes to improved vision. When properly designed, such as on the Variant, the visor can help block bright sunlight while producing minimal lift characteristics. Couple this with our Fog-Free coating and it is obvious why the vision aspects of the Variant are superior. Another important method of increasing safety is to reduce rider fatigue. Excessive heat buildup can result in both discomfort and distraction. Neither is a good situation. The Variants extensive venting system works at all speeds, providing necessary airflow to the helmet interior. The airflow works in conjunction with the wicking Hydradry liner to effectively reduce heat buildup. Variant Features All world standard, meets or exceeds the following: dot fmvss 218 (us), ece 22-05 (europe), sai as1698 (australia) & sg (japan) safety and testing standards. All Strokes - The Seven Competitive Turns

It's easy to break turns down into two forms, open turns, and flip turns. We wish it was that easy, but competitive swimmers will need to know all seven of the competitive turns.

Why do it:
Unless you're only going to swim freestyle, then mastering all the turns will allow you to compete in Individual Medley races, legally.

How to do it:
We'll just be quickly showing all the turns in this video. More detailed how to's are found at our website.

1 - Butterfly-to-Butterfly - Approach the wall swimming butterfly, perform an open turn, and leave the wall on your stomach for your dolphin kicks.
2 - Butterfly-to-Backstroke - Approach the wall swimming butterfly, perform an open turn directly over to your back, pushing off on your back for your dolphin kicks.
3 - Backstroke-to-Backstroke - Approach the wall swimming backstroke. One stroke prior to reaching the wall, roll over toward your stomach and perform a flip turn. Leave the wall on your back for your dolphin kicks.
4 - Backstroke-to-Breaststroke - This turn actually has a few variations, we'll quickly show two. Approach the wall swimming backstroke, on your last stroke, reach and touch the wall while tilting toward your side, perform a flip turn and push off rotated toward your stomach for breaststroke. A simpler option is to swim in backstroke, reach for the wall while still on your back, perform an open turn, and push off on your stomach.
5 - Breaststroke-to-Breaststroke - Approach the wall swimming breaststroke, perform an open turn, and leave the wall on your stomach for your breaststroke underwater pullout.
6 - Breaststroke-to-Freestyle - Approach the wall swimming breaststroke, perform an open turn, leave the wall on your side or stomach for your dolphin kicks and the freestyle breakout.
7 - Freestyle-to-Freestyle - Approach the wall swimming freestyle, perform a flip turn, and leave the wall on your side or stomach for your dolphin kicks and freestyle breakout.

How to do it really well (the fine points):
Treat each turn as it's own skill. Don't assume that understanding the open turn, or flip turn will give you the knowledge necessary to do all of these turns quickly. Also know the rules, especially involving backstroke and breaststroke turns. In backstroke-to-breaststroke transition turns, you MUST touch the wall while still on your back, and you MUST leave the wall while rotated more toward your stomach.

Again, these are just the basics, much more detailed explanations are available at our website.

HK UMP 45: full disassembly & assembly

The Heckler & Koch UMP (Universale Maschinenpistole, German for Universal Submachine Gun) is a submachine gun developed and manufactured by Heckler & Koch. The UMP has been adopted by various agencies such as the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Heckler & Koch developed the UMP as a lighter and cheaper successor to the MP5, though both remain in production.

The UMP is a recoil operated, magazine-fed submachine gun firing from a closed bolt. As originally designed, the UMP is chambered for larger cartridges (.45 ACP and .40 S&W) than other submachine guns like the MP5, to provide more stopping power against unarmored targets (with slightly lower effectiveness at longer range) than the MP5 (largely offered in 9×19mm, albeit with short-lived production of 10mm Auto and .40 S&W variants). A larger cartridge produces more recoil, and makes it more difficult to control in fully automatic firing. To mitigate this, the cyclic rate of fire was reduced to around 600–745 rounds per minute (RPM) for the UMP40 and 600 rounds per minute for the UMP45, which makes it one of the slower firing submachine guns on the market.

Now Green Tea Extract Review | Lean Green Fat Burning Machine?

Now Green Tea Extract Review

It is being commonly known that green tea may help with the burning of fat cells. But how effective is green tea extract at burning this unwanted fat? Is Now Sports up to the task? Let's see what the label claims.
Looking at the label it is obvious that this product is not supposed to be strictly a fat burner. The main purpose of this supplement is in fact to be a powerful anti-oxidant and free radical scavenger. This is important to take into consideration when judging this supplement. Let's see what the real consumers have been saying, time for some social proof.
Reported Pros:
1) Very cheap
2) Reduced stress
3) Provides energy

Reported Cons:
1) No observed weight loss

There look to be some decent benefits there, as for the ratings, here we see that provides us with 51 ratings scoring an 8.8. has one lonely review scoring a 6 out of 10. However, this reviewers was trying to use this supplement as a fat burner. Our total is 52 ratings scoring 8.75. Let's see what green tea extract is all about, time to analyze the active ingredients.

Green Tea Extract (400mg):
- Green Tea Extract comes only from the leaves of Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal processing to preserve their integrity.
- Green Tea originally comes from China where they are used for medicine and recreation.
- Reports of health benefits from drinking green tea include lowering the risk for developing heart disease, promotes active metabolism, reduces stress and anxiety, fights off infections and lowers bacterial infection.
- Green Tea promotes an active metabolism but does not necessarily burn fat.
- The benefits of an active metabolism may have misled many to believe that it will also burn your fat away.
- There are many components in achieving weight loss and simply consuming tea extract is not going to be a single shot solution.
- The Extract that is included in the supplement contains 40% Catechins and 60% Polyphenols.
- This is a good thing because these antioxidants inhibit the oxidation of the molecules in our cells.
- When molecules are oxidized they lose electrons which means that the cell will soon weaken and die. Green Tea prolongs the time that the cells are healthy.
- There are no reported negative side effects of green tea except for the fact that it contains caffeine and may result in induced caffeine related symptoms like difficulty in falling asleep.
- But there are variants of green tea out there that are decaffeinated.
Final Verdict
This just in, green tea doesn't directly burn fat, it is meant to be a health boosting supplement. The user can expect something that will:
- Help boost immune system
- Help improve metabolism
- Decrease levels of free radicals in body
Some draw backs to consider are simply this:
- It won't serve as a miracle fat buner

Hatsan Hercules Bullpup Integrally Suppressed Air Rifle

The Hercules Bully is Hatsan's newest version of the Hercules Precharged pneumatic Air rifle which was Originally designed for extended range accuracy. If you want to know more
about the original Hercules we have a video of us shooting the 30 caliber version out to 300 yards consistently. Yes, that's 300 yards with an air rifle.
The main issue in my mind with the original Hercules is that this capability came at a cost, a very large, heavy rifle. The bullpup version eliminates some of the extra
capacity in trade for reduced size and weight lending itself to a more balanced design.

Anyway, the bully is Available in .177, .22, .25, .30, .35 and .45 caliber variants. The one we will be using for this videp is in .22. The power plant of this rifle is a 500cc
carbon fiber bottle mounted inside the forward arm. Replacing the two STEEL tank system of the original Hercules. The rifle is gassed up with an 1/8th inch fill probe that is
supplied with the rifle. Ammunition is supplied from a detachable rotary magazine, and the chasis includes index points for the two additional mags supplied with the rifle.

Inset into the bully is a variety of personalization features including an adjustable cheek riser, tunable two stage trigger, and a full length combination 11mm and Picatinny rail
for mounting of optics

The body is all synthetic construction with an integral manometer indicating fill status.

lastly interesting features include a double feed restriction system and and Hatsan's integrally suppressed Quiet Energy barrel, the QE barrel is quoted
reducing report by up to 50% without any need for
participation with the NFA process. So first stop, how does that look in comparison with a real firearm silencer?

Tokyo Marui Sig Sauer P226 E2 Review

Tokyo Marui Sig Sauer P226 E2 Review. **REAL STEEL HISTORY** 'E2' (pronounced 'E-squared'), or otherwise known as Enhanced Ergonomics, is SIG Sauer's attempt to make the large frame gun more ergonomic for persons with small and medium sized hands. A reduced grip size and reduced reach trigger bring the trigger face back more than 13 mm (0.5 in), thus potentially allowing better trigger manipulation and control for a greater number of shooters. Other standard features include the Short Reset Trigger, aggressive grip finish texture, and a new wrap-around, one-piece grip panel configuration. The gun was discontinued from the P226 model lineup at the end of 2010 but the E2-style grip system has been adopted on and carried over to other P226 variants.

Garmin Edge 1030 top features - is it worth the upgrade?

Garmin Edge 1030 top 7 features, is it worth the money to upgrade if you already have a Edge 1000

The Garmin Edge 1030 has been released after much speculation and leaks over the last few years and the big question on everyone’s lips is the device really worth the money to upgrade. At £499 / $599 it’s a big ask if you already have an Edge 1000 or an 810 that works well. Garmin has released 2 variants of the Edge 1030, one being a standard edition that includes the Edge 1030, charging cable and various mounts and the second being the performance bundle which includes all of the above, but including a Heart rate monitor and Cadence sensor. The big surprise to me is that with the performance bundle you don’t get the battery pack which is an optional extra with both additions.

- Garmin Edge 1030 battery life
- Garmin Edge 1030 connectivity
- Garmin Edge 1030 TRENDLINE popularity routing
- Garmin Edge 1030 comes with Preloaded apps from Strava, TrainingPeaks
- Garmin Edge 1030 rider to rider messaging
- Garmin Edge 1030 advance performance feature
- Garmin Edge 1030 cycling safety

Shooting Sig Sauer P250 .45ACP

MAF72511 Shootin a sig sauer p250. A sweet .45acp choice.

The Sig Sauer P250 is a semi-automatic pistol made by J.P. Sauer & Sohn, and Sig Sauer of Exeter, New Hampshire. The P250 chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum was introduced in the North American market on November 7, 2007[1] followed by the .45 ACP compact model at SHOT Show 2008 in February. SIG P250s chambered in .357 SIG, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP have been slowly made available, with the final caliber to be made available in late 2009.

Like other SIG SAUER pistols, the P250 pistol is a short recoil operated, locked breech pistol. It uses the typical SIG-Sauer cam-operated barrel, which locks into the ejection port on the slide.

A key feature of the pistol is its modular design. The main module of the P250 is an internal stainless steel frame fire control unit which consist of the integrated fire control group (trigger, hammer and all necessary linkage and springs), ambidextrous slide release (one on each side of the pistol), ejector and 4 slide rails. This steel receiver unit is used in every P250 grip module, top end and chambering combination and is inserted into the grip frame module and held in place by the axis pin of the disassembly lever. The firearm's serial number is on the fire control unit instead of the grip module. The fire control unit allows the operator to interchange differently sized slide assembly or top end modules and polymer grip frame modules and trigger shoes and (limited) chambering conversions to adapt the gun to the individual user and address different needs.

The P250 was designed to be ambidextrous in handling sporting a ambidextrous slide catch lever and user reversible magazine catch. All other operating controls are designed so they can be operated from either side. The firearm can be field stripped with no tools.

The full-size and compact grip modules feature an integral Picatinny rail mounting-bracket at the lower forward edge of the module to allow the mounting of laser sights, tactical lights, and other accessories. Before the introduction of the Picatinny rail SIG used a differing Rail Integration System on the P250 Compact.

The P250 pistol is offered in 3 glass reinforced polymer grip module sizes, small, medium, and large, in each of the full-sized, compact, and subcompact P250 variants.
The pistol top ends also come in full-sized, compact, and subcompact variants that will fit the correspondingly sized grip modules. Every chambering can be converted by the user with a caliber exchange kit. The 9x19mm Parabellum, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG chamberings share their polymer grip frame modules and this offers the possibility to interchange these 3 chamberings by swapping the top end consisting of the slide, recoil spring assembly, barrel and the box magazine. Due to the significantly larger external dimensions of the .45 ACP cartridge compared to the other P250 chambering options, the .45 ACP chambering uses slightly wider .45 ACP specific polymer grip modules with an enlarged magazine well.

The manufacturer offers caliber exchange kits or Caliber X-Change kits consisting of a slide, recoil assembly, barrel, box magazine and grip module in the varying frame sizes, grip module sizes and chambering variants in which the P250 pistol is offered. These kits enable a user to switch between the various P250 configurations without the use of tools.

The P250 has no manual safeties to promote instant readiness. Instead of manual safeties an automated firing pin safety ensures safe carrying of the weapon whilst preventing accidental discharges if the gun is dropped or roughly handled.

The trigger is a self-decocking DAO trigger system with spurless and recessed hammer. The trigger system has a pull weight of about 5.5 lbf (3.9 kgf, 38 N)[2] and will not reset until completely released.[3]

The P250 trigger is available in standard or short configurations meaning two user interchangeable trigger shoe variants are offered. The short reduced reach trigger shoe configuration can be reached and operated better by users with relatively short fingers.

The P250 is available with a 3.60 in (91.4 mm), 3.86 in (98.0 mm), or 4.7 in (119.4 mm) barrel depending on the size (sub compact, compact, or full-sized, respectively).

The pistol feeds from metal detachable box magazines with a 6 round to 17 round magazine capacity, depending on chambering and pistol size. The butt plates at the bottom of the magazines are made of polymer. The magazines of the early P250 pistols do however not fit in later produced pistols due to technical changes.

The P250 comes with 3-dot combat-type iron sights of which the front sight element can be drifted to the left or right in its dovetail to adjust for windage. There are three rear sight heights and six front sight heights available to adjust for elevation. Self-luminous tritium powered SIGLITE Night Sights in differing heights are optional. SIGLITE sights are now standard on the US versions of the P250
