Badr Hari (Arabic: بدر هاري‎; born 8 December 1984) is a Moroccan-Dutch[4] super heavyweight kickboxer from the Netherlands, fighting out of Mike's Gym in Oostzaan. He is a former K-1 Heavyweight champion (2007—2008), It's Showtime Heavyweight world champion (2009-2010)[6] and K-1 World Grand Prix 2009 finalist. Hari has been a prominent figure in the world of kickboxing and considered one of the best kickboxers in the world, however he has been involved in a number of controversies relating to his unsportsmanlike conducts in the sport and crimes of violence outside of the ring. In what has been a hugely successful and impressive career, Badr has fought more than 100 professional fights in locations such as Japan, China, Russia, Europe and the United Arab Emirates. The explosive success of his early years earned him a call from the K-1 organization in Japan, where he would become a crowd favorite and the organization’s first World Heavyweight Champion.

Controversially, Hari is friends with Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov and gave his bodyguards lessons in kickboxing after a visit to the disputed territory.

Badr Hari established himself as the absolute KO machine in kickboxing. With a KO ratio of almost 75% he was one of the most feared fighters in the K-1 circuit. His popularity in Japan was like no other fighter and his fame was known throughout the world.

Kickboxing Combos for Beginners!
In this video I will show you 10 combinations that can be used for Muay Thai combinations, Dutch Style Kickboxing combinations and MMA Combinations. The punch only variations can be used for Western Boxing as well!

I show you how to add kicks and/or body punches, and how to move after the combo so you don’t get hit back when you’re done.

These 10 basic Muay Thai combos are simple enough that most beginners will be able to use them, and with many variations, Intermediate and Advance fighters can use them as well. This would be a good start to a Combination list for pads and drilling.

Rutina Para Destruir La Grasa Cardio Kickboxing

¡Hola guapísima! ¿Qué tal?

Bienvenida a una nueva rutina de CARDIO KICKBOXING.

Tienes por delante 40 minutos de entrenamiento continuado donde trabajarás todo el cuerpo de forma COMPLETA, SINCRONIZADA Y SIMÉTRICA, es decir con movimientos combinados de brazos, piernas y abdomen y trabajando tanto el plano derecho e izquierdo del cuerpo en la misma intensidad y repeticiones.

Es una rutina ideal para aumentar la actividad metabólica, tanto durante como después del entrenamiento y utilizar la grasa almacenada en nuestro cuerpo como combustible, ya que es un aeróbico de media intensidad y media-larga duración.

He dividido la rutina en tres partes ,en la primera parte te presento 3 combos, que junto al calentamiento inicial, suma alrededor de 14 minutos. Durante los 10 minutos siguientes tienes un trabajo de fuerza con ejercicios de tonificación (sentadillas, lunges, flexiones de tronco…). Tras esto , tienes una breve pausa para hidratarte y prepararte para practicar de nuevo los combos 1,2 y 3 e incorporar el 4 combo. Finalizarás esta parte uniendo todos los combos y practicándolos a una mayor velocidad para así realizar un entrenamiento cardiovascular súper completo.

Si eres principiante o tienes dificultades para desarrollar rutinas largas PUEDES FINALIZAR ESTA RUTINA en el minuto 23 e IRTE DIRECTAMENTE AL ESTIRAMIENTO, minuto 40.

Personas con problemas para saltar pueden realizar esta rutina modificando esos ejercicios con facilidad.

HIIT trening ( High Intensity Interval Training ) charakteryzuje się
pracą o bardzo wysokiej intensywności przeplataną pracą o niższej intensywności.
W tym treningu przeplatamy 30 sekundowe intensywne ćwiczenia z trwającymi 20 sekund okresami odpoczynku. W treningu znajdziesz ćwiczenia zaczerpnięte ze sztuk walk, dlatego sporo w nim wykopów, ciosów czy uderzeń. Całość połączona w 3 serie, podczas których spalimy maksymalną ilość kalorii i wyrzeźbimy całe ciało.
Nie zabraknie również rozgrzewki i rozciągania.

20 Minute Kickboxing Workout – Fat Burning Cardio Kickboxing Exercises for Beginners & Intermediate

This effective fat burning kickboxing workout is easy to follow, fun to do and helps you burn calories. Moreover, it will help you to increase your cardiovascular condition, strength and overall coordination. The kickboxing exercises are suited for both beginners and intermediate.

This kickboxing workout consists of one set of 10 minutes that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 10-minute workout. Between the rounds you will have a short water break.

20 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout – Intense Fat Burning Cardio Kickboxing Exercises – No Equipment

This fat burning cardio kickboxing workout is fun to do, takes only 20 minutes and requires no equipment at all. It can be easy followed along at home. It consists of 10 different exercises that all have kickboxing elements within them.

The workout consists of one set of 10 exercises that is repeated once, resulting in a 2 x 10 minute workout. Halfway you will get a short water break.
