~ About Master Wong ~
His early life was filled with many hardships and much suffering. Times were often sad and difficult for him and for his family and those around him. The bullying and violence that Master Wong suffered as a child got him into many scrapes and personal battles which adversely affected the quality of his education, causing him to leave school at a young age. His life continued down a difficult road, with many struggles and numerous obstacles along the way.

With the success that he has had since those times, he realizes that he can push the boundaries further and not just help people by teaching them his skills in Martial Arts, but that he can also guide people to build up themselves by achieving better health.

Good health comes in all shapes and sizes and Master Wong has learned that with health, wealth can follow - once body and mind are united. Dreams can be achieved once you have good health: strength in body and mind. After all, if your body was a Ferrari, wouldn’t you fill its tank with the best fuel that you can?

It is essential to make health a top priority in order to stay focused in life.

“There are many ways to help people, but I don’t believe in giving a man a fish to feed himself for a day: I want to teach a man to fish so he can feed himself and others for a lifetime! I want to show people how they can heal themselves from the inside out, and to help them build the self-confidence they need so that they can focus on their goals and dreams or find their purpose in life.”

Rutina Para Destruir La Grasa Cardio Kickboxing

¡Hola guapísima! ¿Qué tal?

Bienvenida a una nueva rutina de CARDIO KICKBOXING.

Tienes por delante 40 minutos de entrenamiento continuado donde trabajarás todo el cuerpo de forma COMPLETA, SINCRONIZADA Y SIMÉTRICA, es decir con movimientos combinados de brazos, piernas y abdomen y trabajando tanto el plano derecho e izquierdo del cuerpo en la misma intensidad y repeticiones.

Es una rutina ideal para aumentar la actividad metabólica, tanto durante como después del entrenamiento y utilizar la grasa almacenada en nuestro cuerpo como combustible, ya que es un aeróbico de media intensidad y media-larga duración.

He dividido la rutina en tres partes ,en la primera parte te presento 3 combos, que junto al calentamiento inicial, suma alrededor de 14 minutos. Durante los 10 minutos siguientes tienes un trabajo de fuerza con ejercicios de tonificación (sentadillas, lunges, flexiones de tronco…). Tras esto , tienes una breve pausa para hidratarte y prepararte para practicar de nuevo los combos 1,2 y 3 e incorporar el 4 combo. Finalizarás esta parte uniendo todos los combos y practicándolos a una mayor velocidad para así realizar un entrenamiento cardiovascular súper completo.

Si eres principiante o tienes dificultades para desarrollar rutinas largas PUEDES FINALIZAR ESTA RUTINA en el minuto 23 e IRTE DIRECTAMENTE AL ESTIRAMIENTO, minuto 40.

Personas con problemas para saltar pueden realizar esta rutina modificando esos ejercicios con facilidad.

Hola guapísima! ¿Qué tal?

Hoy te presento una nueva rutina de Cardio Kickboxing 😉🥊.

En esta rutina empezarás con un Calentamiento suave tomando contacto con tus compañeras de entrenamiento, dos mancuernas de 0,5 kilogramos de peso. Puedes aumentar o reducir el peso de éstas a tu voluntad, en función de tu condición física. También puede utilizar dos botellas de agua de medio litro o incluso hacerlo sin peso y estaría ¡genial!

Es un Cardio Kickboxing más largo que anteriores Rutinas de este estilo. Tienes por delante 45 minutos de entrenamiento continuado donde trabajarás todo el cuerpo de forma sincronizada y simétrica, es decir combinando movimientos de brazos, piernas y abdomen y trabajando tanto el plano derecho e izquierdo del cuerpo en la misma intensidad y repeticiones.

Es una rutina ideal para aumentar la actividad metabólica, tanto durante como después del entrenamiento y utilizar la grasa almacenada en nuestro cuerpo como combustible, ya que es un aeróbico de media intensidad y media-larga duración.

He dividido la rutina en dos partes con diferentes intensidades, tienes 5 primeros combos (aprox. los primeros 30 min. del entrenamiento) relativamente suaves, con poco impacto y movimientos sencillos, y tras una breve pausa para hidratarnos tienes 15 minutos de entrenamiento más intenso si sientes que quieres más caña.

En cada uno de los combos incorporó un trabajo abdominal de 90 segundos de duración, siendo una rutina perfecta para tonificar y endurecer el área abdominal.

Cardio Kickboxing Workout

Hola guapísimas!!

Hoy os traigo una nueva rutina de Cardio Kickboxing de 35 minutos de duración.

Es una rutina para todos los públicos, incluido principiantes y personas que nunca hayan practicado Kickboxing, pues como en anteriores rutinas de Cardio Kickboxing de este Canal vamos avanzando de forma progresiva desde los movimientos más básicos (directos, ganchos, patadas básicas) a combinaciones más elaboradas y divertidas que le suman intensidad al ejercicio, manteniendo un nivel de complejidad media-baja.

Este Cardio Kickboxing no requiere de material, solo tu propio cuerpo y ganas!!

La intensidad la eliges tú, puedes hacer todos los movimientos sin impacto o como yo introducir saltos en algunas secuencias para conseguir un mayor consumo calórico en el mismo tiempo y si es tu objetivo movilizar y reducir grasa corporal (siempre que seas constante con las rutinas de Cardio como ésta)
