FIREWORKS AMIDST BMX, BOATS AND BUTTS

For my Fourth Of July Vlog my friend Kasey and I went to Newport Beach, CA to rendezvous with my friends Ryan Biz Jordan, Victor Salazar and Travis Ohrazda. We ended up trying to crash various house parties, pedaling around the coast and having a good time heckling the bystanders.

Then Kasey and made our way to Long Beach (not Huntington Beach) and ended up making our way on to a boat to watch the fireworks in the harbor right by the infamous Queen Mary.

GLUTES FROM HOME! | My 8 favorite butt targeting exercises without equipment

No gym? No problem! Here is my 8 (!!) best exercises to target glutes from home (or wherever in the world you might be - hello vacationers, don’t forget your workouts!)

Do minimum (start with) 3 sets of
1. Standing Hip Abduction
2. Glute Bridge With Hip Abduction
3. Hip Abduction Bent Knee
4. Glute Bridge With Resistance Band
5. Laying Leg Lifts With Hip Abduction
6. Kneeling Kickbacks
7. Sliding Side Lunges (use kitchen towels or paper plates as sliders!)
8. Band Lunges

You should be able to do 10-15 reps at each exercise. If you can do more, up your resistance on your bands! Go for a heavier one! If you can’t do 10 reps, start without the bands and work your way up to stronger glutes.

50 seconds weight twist
Repeat this workout 3 times on each leg for a more intense workout!
***How many days a week?
you should work your glutes 3x a week for them to grow. Therefore you can do this workout once if you want to do my other two workouts twice. Anyway you want to mix and match is up to you:)
