American Handball 104 , How to & Tips

if you practice these techniques you should be dominating the court in about a week...
Handball 104 How to Tips
HAndball is like ah it's a kill or be killed sport.
KIll or be killed. Simple as that.
So the less mistakes you make and the other person makes
thats more points for you. So that is why consistancy
is very important. In order to get consistency you have to be
accurate and you have to practice. So. That's what it is.
Also when you are taking shots. You have to pick your shots.
You have to say OK I want the ball to bounce on the wall over here
and I want it to bounce on the floor over here. This way you are being
on the offensive. If your just going oh shit. and your lobbing it
up in the air who ever you are playing is just going to walk up to
the middle and lay you out.HE just set you up so you get out of
your position and out of your comfort zone. Now your in oh shit
mode defense mode and you lob the ball. Watch how you do it all
the time. One more thing Try to keep your swings as natural as possible.
By that I mean this is a natural swing, this is a natural swing,
this is a natural swing, this is a natural swing, this is a natural swing,
and this is a natural swing. This is not a natural swing, this is not a natural
swing, when you do this your percentage to complete the shot drops.
Just keep the natural. When the ball is out of your reach stretch
I don't know if you saw me there but just in case. You take a big
giant step and now look at it your over here.OK or you zip huh
get there first Huh. Don't forget to breath and make noise.
When you. When your gonna hit the ball with power. I know it may
sound stupid, you don't have to do something loud, you have to exhaust
air with some kind of small sound.shh ahh. Whatever!
All right so this. so this is not a normal shot. OK so what you
do is step to the side and you swing. You step to the side the side
Not! No you step to the side and swing. This is my.This is the rule
that I use. This is the rule that I use or the code that I go by
this is not Christmas. This is handball. This is not Christmas
we are not gonna be giving points away. So what I like to do
my main strategy is- put the ball where you are not!
Put the ball where you are not! If you are on this side
put your ball on this side. if you are close I put the ball
high over you. Again if you are on this side I put the ball
on this side. With all the running you are doing by seven points
you will be exhausted. Once I get that look and I know you gave up
it's a wrap. I got you. Let's go!
