15 MIN HAPPY DANCE WORKOUT - burn calories and smile / No Equipment I Pamela Reif

.. ready to DANCE (and get really, really sweaty)? This happy dance workout is such a calorie killer! ♥︎ / Werbung

This version is full of hits that were popular in the 2010s. From Shape Of You by Ed Sheeran, to Try Me by Jason Derulo and J-Lo .. all songs put a big smile on my face! Judging from the dance moves, I feel like we have a mixture between the 80s Dance Video & the Sexy Dance Workout!
Aaaand: don't underestimate the last song! I let my Instagram Community chose which song + mood they want to have. And the majority wanted to have INTENSE :D .. so this is the part you'll get super sweaty. But the moves are not complicated - don't be scared.

Apart form the guaranteed GOOD MOOD & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned CALORIES here. My heart rate went up to 170 bpm, which I normally reach with tons of Burpees or Jump Squats :D

▸ I again burned 120kcal in those 15min (which is a lot for me, I'm a tiny human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session).

ok - quarantine is kicking in for me haha.. a DANCE WORKOUT with 80s music - this is a guarantee to get into a HAPPY MOOD and put a smile on your face :) even Dennis was smiling behind the camera! / Werbung

PS: ASK YOUR PARENTS TO JOIN! Mine were getting super excited when they finally heard their kind of music :D plus it's beginner friendly. No Burpees or Jump Squats involved.

Listen, cardio is definitely NOT boring in today's routine! I had the best time creating & filming this video. Felt a little shy at first, but after a couple of side steps I was definitely singing along. Thank god we remove the original sound lol.

When I did this routine 4x in a row (testing my workouts takes time) I burned the same amount of calories as I normally do during the other workouts!!!
Also nevermind the exercise names haha. The Wood Chopper should rather be called the John Travolta.

No Equipment needed & you can follow everything I do for 30 seconds. We don't have breaks - but I'm pretty sure they are REALLY not necessary here. This is Beginner Friendly! :)

15 MIN CHAIR WORKOUT - Extreme Full Body Training / Nothing for Beginners | Pamela Reif

A full body workout - only using a chair or bench (which we all have at home .. so no excuses hehe). // Werbung

A very intense sequence of exercises working your: abs, core strength, arms & back muscles, chest, glutes, inner and outer thighs and your CARDIO. So all in all a great way to fire up your entire body in 15min ♥︎

I know a lot of those movements are very challenging - if you need a break - take it! You will get better over time :)
Another option is performing the exercise without the chair (and for example) placing your feet on the ground. You do you! ♥︎

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is one 1min rests in between.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. You can do this workout 2-3x a week and if you want to do be active on the other days: check out my Sixpack, Muffin Top, Sexy Arms, Calorie Burn or Booty Workout!!
