Grab two hoops that are a similar size. Most hoops are under 500g. If you were to do this workout with mini weights you would probably use 1kg or 2.2lb so hoops that are anywhere between 85cm/33 to 95cm/38 in diameter would be great.

Basic Exercise for Kids using a hula hoop

Training with an equipment is a lot more fun than training with nothing at all. Training with the hoops forces the kids to concentrate. We took basic exercises like jumping and stretching and we used the hoops. They were exercising in a very fun way.

Summer camps are the best way to introduce your child into the martial arts. The emphasis is not so much on being a fighter but more on how martial arts training can be fun.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is the fusion of art and sport combined with dance elements, ballet and music. Since the beginning of its development, European gymnasts belong to the best gymnasts worldwide. Therefore, a European Championship in Rhythmic Gymnastics can undoubtedly be compared to a World Championships or even a final competition organised during the Olympic Games.

The competition at Baku 2015 will start on 15 June and end on 20 June. The discipline consists of 14 medal events, with 179 athletes competing for gold in individual and team events.
